I usually only eat salads for lunch and I usually only eat them at restuarants. This was just a huge exception. While at the gym, I read the recipe for this salad and since my peaches needed to be used immediately I had a salad for dinner. First the peaches were pealed, cut into wedges, coated in honey and balsamic vinegar, then cooked on each side for a couple minutes. They were placed on a bed of baby arugula dressed with a mixture of mustard and lime juice. Finally toasted almonds and bits of brie were sprinkled on top. Really good but I admit not the most filling dinner ever.
We met in our first year design studio and have become close friends ever since. Kelley is still an architecture student and Lisa just graduated from industrial design. This blog began when we were roommates and although we live apart, we still carry on our "soul sister" ways. This is our collection of the yummy food we make and eat.
