I'm not a big meat and potatoes kinda girl. Everyone gets excited about a good steak and mashed potatoes, not me. However this meat/starch combo I can totally do.
And technically this was last night...
So we roasted potatoes with olive oil, fresh rosemary, and salt in the oven and cooked some kielbasa on the stove. Nothing to it, but still a hardy meal (by my viewpoint at least).
