This is a more traditional take on Mexican and I totally see this taco salad becoming a go to meal. All we did is brown up some meet, make a simple corn/tomato salsa and toasted up some tortillas (we always have corn tortillas in the fridge). Simple and delicious although maybe not as innovative as the last experiment.
