Who doesn't love pizza? We've been meaning to make pizza at home but have been a little lazy. Luckily Kelley brought back pizza dough from work Saturday so we made our first pizzas in the apt. Some friends came over and we enjoyed some wine, ate pizza, finished leftover ice cream and then went to have coffee and semita. Basically it was a night of endless eating.First we made a sauce by simmering tomatoes with olive oil, onions, garlic, and basil for like half an hr. Then, after rolling out the dough, we assembled our wonderful creations. The first pizza was tomatoes, onions, and peppers. I thought it was delicious, but Kelley is still not a veggie pizza lady so she only ate our second pizza which was salami onion.
